On Thursday 6th September, 1990 at 8:45 p.m., a 9lbs 11 3/4 oz baby girl was born to Deborah Bethell and she was named Charlotte Judith Bethell, Affectionately her mother called her "Boo Boo."
Growing up Charlotte was always accompanied by her cousin Keiffer Strachan and he walked with her every day after school for 12 years. He always made sure that she got home safe.
Charlotte graduated from Government Senior High School and went on to study at Bahamas Technical and Vacational Institute (BTVI), taking up Business Administration and Accounts.
However, that didn't stop her. She continued on her education by attending Lignum Technologies (BAH) studying to become a Craft Artist. She told her mother one morning "I am going to continue going to school until I get my Degree to become Dr. Charlotte Bethell." Right up until May of this year, The Defense Force called for her to work in their Computer Department. She was so excited to work there.
She attended The Church of God of Prophecy Youth Camp and Youth Class. She always had a pleasant smile on her face and cared very deeply about people and always gave her friends advise about their problems.
The last four weeks of Charlotte's life, she called on Jesus' name six times a day. She asked for his forgiveness of her sins, finally accepting Jesus into her heart. She was in pain every night and always asked her mother, " When is she coming into the bed beside her." When her mother came, she held her mother's hand every night until she fell asleep. However, on Wednesday 7th August, 2013 at 8:45 a.m, Charlotte went home to Jesus.
