Funeral Service Announcement

Funeral service for Gwendolyn Strachan-Pinder, age 82, a resident of Jamaica Avenue, Elizabeth Estate, Nassau Bahamas and formerly of Mangrove Cay, Andros Bahamas, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday July 26, 2025, at Church of God South West Cathedral, Carmichael Road. Officiating will be Bishop Anton Mitchell, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens.

Gwendolyn is predeceased by her parents: Felix and Annie Strachan; husband: Livingston Pinder; 3 daughters: Stacy Pinder, Lorraine Darling, Tessa Ford; brothers: Prescord, Roderick, Alexander (Sandra); sisters: Merlene, Berthamae Pyfrom and Mavis Strachan.
