"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want, He makes me to lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside the still waters He restores my soul." (Psalm 23 1-3)

A TIME TO BORN: On a beautiful summer day a baby girl was born on August 24th, 1960 to proud parents Carolyn and Arthur James Johnson (deceased) they named her Marvain Clementina. Nicky as she was affectionately called was the only girl of five (5) siblings of which two brothers are now deceased.

A TIME FOR EDUCATION: Marvain received her early education at Oakes Field Primary School. She then attended H.O. Nash Junior High and graduated from C.C. Sweeting Senior High School. She received numerous certificates in the secretarial field.

A TIME FOR EMPLOYMENT: In her later years, from 1999 to 2001 she was employed by Commonwealth Bank, Town Centre Mall as a telephone operator where she was a branch secretary and receptionist clerk. Nicky's life was centered around her daughter, ensuring that she equipped her with everything she needed to sustain in the world today. She made sure that Alexxa received the best education and instilled Christian values and morals in her life.

A TIME TO DIE: Marvain was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday 20th November, 2012 with her daughter be her side. This radiant gem Nicky had a very jovial spirit and always had a smile on her face inspite of her battle with Sickle Cell Anemia, we wanted her to return home but God had other plans. He looked down and saw that she was ready to return to glory. On Sunday November 25th, 2012, she slipped peacefully away at 11:30a.m.
