Obituary
On February 24th 1935, a baby boy was born to the proud parents Manford & Eliza Brown (both deceased) they cherished this handsome son and lovingly named him Oswald Brown.
A Time To Educate
Oswald Brown received his education at the Government School in Grand Turk.
A Time To Travel
Oswald travelled with his father to seek employment in Matthew Town, Inagua and later relocated to Pine Ridge, Grand, Bahama.
A Time To Work
It was at Pine Ridge Grand Bahama he worked as a helper at the sawmill. Later he worked at Batelco as a Security Guard for over 30 years.
A Time To Love
When Oswald moved to Nassau he met his true love predeceased (Melva Maria Murphy) the love bloomed and they were joined in Holy Matrimony. This union produced beautiful children: Andrew (deceased), Jewel, Augustine, Jim and Shantel Brown. Then later on this loving couple adopted two children Francis and Harry.
A Time To Die
Grampy as he was affectionately called traveled occasionally to North Andros, Nicholls Town to visit his family but on Saturday May 25th, 2013 Oswald Brown finished his final work here on earth and went home to be with his Savior .
