Obituary

It was a rainy day on June 7th 1969 at 9:45am in the morning when a bouncing baby boy was born to the proud parents
of Robin & Monica Ferguson, him being their first born. He was the apple of their eye. Paul brought joy and laughter to
everyone he came into contact with. He grew up knowing God was his all in all and the center of his life and to always
put him first in all that he does.

A Time to Learn…..As a toddler he went to St. Georges Preschool then on to Claridge Primary, he later moved to Long
Island with his grandparents were he went to Morrisville All Age School and later back to Nassau where he attended
R.M. Bailey where he graduated with honors. He loved Karate where he travelled all over the Bahamas and abroad to
take part in various competitions and received numerous trophies and awards. He obtained the status of black belt.

A Time to Work…… His first job was at Centerville Food Store. Paul loved working with his hands so he sort
employment with Guarantee Builders after working with them he moved to Freeport for a better way of life. He
worked at many establishments. He enjoyed working with his hands; being a gifted carpenter he formed his own
company (F&F Renovations). Him being precise and professional that no task was too big or too small for him.

A Time to Love……… He met and later married the beautiful Veronica Whymns. This union brought fort three
wonderful children Kenneth (KC), Travis and Perez. Paul was an adventurous and a people's person always willing
to assist when possible. Things weren't always going the way he wanted but he always had that smile. He was a family
man; he loved his mother who was his all and all and came to celebrate her 60th birthday April7th with all urgency
not knowing it would have been the last time they celebrated together. On April the 8th his mother dropped him off to
the airport where he promised to return on the 13th but due to circumstances he was unable to return, extending his
return to the 20th but it was not to be. Then on Thursday the 18th of April he met his untimely demise.
