September 26th, 1980 a bouncing baby boy was born to Melia Cher-aime and Willie Pierre. They named this infant child Wysly. He was his fathers pride and joy being his first born son amongst four daughters. Wysly grew up to be a well mannered and respectable young man around his peers and adults alike. During his formative years he attended Mable Walker Primary School & Government High School. After completing highschool, he held several jobs in the construction field including working with Treco Construction for a short period of time.
Being the industrious and aggressive young man Wysly felt like there was more for him to explore, so at the age of nineteen years old he made up his mind to relocate and seek employment in Exuma, also to be closer to his mothers side of the family. During this time, Wysly would never forget his roots through 5th street the Grove. Whenever he called his sister Rose back in Nassau, he would always ask for everyone that he left behind including the old friends he hanged out with.
Wysly held several job positions including working Flamingo Bay, Men's Water Sports in the maintenance area and security with several Web Cafes.
In 2003 Wysly met a beautiful young lady by the name of Katty, love struck instantly and they courted for four years after which he popped the question of marriage and Katty quickly accepted. March 31st, 2007 Wysly and Katty were joined in Holy matrimony, this union produced one son Kenron, the apple of their eyes.
Wysly believed in being an entrepreneur so eventually him and his wife opened a grocery store to accommodate the residents in their community, it eventually became a striving business.
During Wysly youthful life he suffered seizures, two years ago it started to affect him again. December 1st, 2012 Wysly accepted the Lord as his Personal Saviour and believed that he was healed and became an active member of Highway Church of God. April 6th, 2014 he suffered a mental break down that resulted in his untimely demise.
